Holiday House Tour of Newtown Historic District: Tour decorated homes, churches and Poplar Hill Mansion during this event in the Newtown neighborhood of Salisbury, set for Sunday, Dec. 4., from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Get tickets here.
Yuletide Open House: Happening simultaneously with the home tour is Poplar Hill Mansion's Yuletide Open House, on Sunday, Dec. 4, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Learn more here.
76th Annual Salisbury Jaycees Christmas Parade: Celebrate a longtime tradition by watching this parade on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. in Downtown Salisbury. Learn more here.
Santa's Village: Celebrate the season at Santa's Village, which will be set up at the Riverwalk Games Park in Downtown Salisbury, on two Fridays, Dec. 9 and 16, from 6-8 p.m. In addition to free on-site events, families can ride the Jolly Trolley to see decorated homes in the area. Learn more here.
Jingle All the Way 5K Run/Walk: Take part in this holiday run/walk to benefit the Westside Historical Society on Sunday, Dec. 11, at 9 a.m. in Mardela Springs. Register here.
Tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus: Kids can get a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus and enjoy snacks at this event at Poplar Hill Mansion. Learn more here.
You can also visit the Christmas tree, Hanukkah menorah and Kwanzaa kinara in Downtown Salisbury, the Salisbury's Winter Wonderland lights at the Salisbury City Park, or the Winter Wonderland on Morris Road in Pittsville.
