Salisbury Zoo: The heart of Salisbury City Park, the Salisbury Zoo provides naturalistic enclosures for species native to North, Central and South America. Admission and parking are free.
Ben's Red Swings: Located immediately outside the zoo's west entrance, this playground is one of Salisbury's largest, and features swings, slides, monkey bars, sandboxes, a climbing wall and picnic tables.
City Park is also home to a dog park, tennis courts, skate park, walking trails and bike trails. The park surrounds Park Lake, a popular fishing spot to catch and release catfish, largemouth bass, perch, carp and the occasional snakehead. Pack a picnic!
