Stay to Play Hotel Requirement

USSSA works through HBC Event Services to secure a wide variety of lodging partners. Out of town teams must book their rooms through HBC Event Services, or follow the housing opt-out instructions below. A minimum of 20 room nights per team is required (example: 5 rooms for 4 nights or any combination.)

We recognize that a variety of housing options exist, so the opt-out fee offers an alternative. After paying the opt-out fee, your team can stay wherever they would like (vacation home, condo, campsite, non-partner hotel, etc.). Click the button below to opt-out of the hotel requirements.

Please note that if you book a stay directly with a hotel or with a non-partner hotel, you will not be stay to play compliant.

Scavenger Hunt

Get ready to play on and off the field! We're hosting a three-week-long scavenger hunt during the softball tournament, open to all participating teams. Gather your squad, complete challenges, and rack up points each week!

How To Participate

Download the Goosechase app available on Apple and Android devices.

Look for your week’s scavenger hunt by entering the Join Code (the experience will not be live until sometime in June, and teams will not be added until registration closes for Eastern Nationals).
