The weather is warming up, and there are plenty of fun events coming up in Wicomico County this month. Add some of the below events, which will all be held outside, to your calendar. 

Music & Arts at Pemberton Park 

Music & Arts at Pemberton Park is happening Fridays in May. Each evening will feature acoustic music in the amphitheater, local artists and food trucks. Admission is free. Learn more.

Wicomico Photo Walk: By the River

Join Wicomico County Tourism for a photo walk at Cedar Hill Marina and Park in Bivalve on Saturday, May 14. Connect with other photographers and take photos of nature and boats. It's free to participate. Learn more and register. 

Hops on the River Beer Tasting Tour

The City of Salisbury hosts its Hops on the River Beer Tasting Tour in Downtown Salisbury on Saturday, May 21. Attendees can sample more than 30 craft beers and enjoy food trucks, music and games. Buy tickets.

Hoops on the Ave. 

Hoops on the Ave., a new outdoor family-friendly festival celebrating the culture surrounding the sport of basketball, is happening Saturday, May 28, outside the Wicomico Civic Center. The festival features 3v3 basketball tournaments, music, arts, sneakers, food and a kids' area. Learn more.

Take a tour of Pemberton Hall

See the inside of Pemberton Hall and learn about the rich history of this home, built in 1741. The Pemberton Hall Foundation will be opening for tours on the first and third Sundays of each month from 1-3 p.m. in May through October. Learn more.
